SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship orders nationwide and into Canada (additional shipping fees required for all shipping zones outside of the lower 48 United States).  This flat rate is not applicable to AK and HI customers. Certain restrictions and additional delivery fees may apply to specific zones in CA, AZ, NY, FL, OH, WA, VT, MA, NH, DE, OR, ME, ID, MT, WY, UT, CO and MI. Please contact us for further details. By partnering directly with a number of carriers we are able to deliver your bathtub directly to your home or job site free of charge up to a $250 Limit . (Shipping charges set by the Freight Carriers to your location over $250 will be the responsibility of the buyer, and we will contact you prior to shipping the tub with that information.) Your tub shipment is fully insured, boxed and secured properly to a shipping pallet.  Normal delivery time is 10-12 business days from the date your order is finalized.  Once your order leaves our facility a tracking number will be provided to you via email for easy access to your bathtubs shipping status.  Upon delivery the shipping company will contact you at the phone number provided from your shipping address information during the checkout process.

If there is any damage to your bathtub it will be very apparent and must be noted upon arrival.  We ship thousands of bathtubs every year and have less than a 1% claim rate for tub shipments.  In the event that your bathtub arrives damaged we will work through all the proper channels to expedite the proper remedy to your unique situation.

NOTE: At the time of delivery if there is ANY damage to the packaging of your bathtub it MUST BE NOTED on the delivery paperwork in order for a claim to be filed for any concealed damage.  From the date of delivery you have 48 hours to inspect your shipment for any concealed damage and contact us immediately to take the proper steps towards filing a claim with the shipping company.  Photographs are required and an inspection may be requested by the shipping company in the event that a claim is filed.

As shown below we package your bathtub with extreme caution and have full confidence in our methods of delivering your tub in perfect condition.  The images below show an example of how your tub will be packaged and shipped to your home or business address.
